About us
Sichuan Haicheng Carbon Products Co., Ltd. is a professional enterprise engaged in research, design and production of electric carbon products, graphite products and mechanical seals. Products are used in aerospace, metallurgy and chemical industry, rail transit, electric power, pumps and valves and other industries. The company covers an area of about 35 mu, and also has 50 mu of industrial land for the research and production of basic raw materials. At present, the company has nearly 200 employees, including 20 engineers and technicians, accounting for 10% of the total number of employees. Relying on the cooperation of universities and research institutes in research and development of carbon-graphite materials, the company established a new type enterprise integrating Industry-University-Research.

The company has more than 200 sets of NC production equipment, various grinders, lathes, drilling and milling machines, sawing machines, bench drills, grinders, pulse dust collectors and other processing and environmental protection equipment, and has an annual production capacity of 2.2 million sets of special graphite products, polysilicon graphite clamps, carbon-graphite sealing products, graphite brushes, complete sets of mechanical seals, monocrystalline silicon graphite molds, graphite bearings, carbon sources for synthetic diamonds and other products. After the R&D base of raw materials is completed and put into operation, the production capacity of special graphite materials with an annual output of 3000 tons will be realized. Strive to meet the technical specifications of foreign graphite materials to replace imported graphite materials to fill the domestic gap.
